COLOUR AS A SUBLECT

The theme of the demo class will consist of three parts:

1. Explanation of abstract meaning of colours (psychological  meaning)
2. How artists use abstract understanding of the colour in actual paintings(examples of artists works)
3. Practice. It will consist of working on three common emotional states of mind such as:

Happiness
Calmness
Sadness

And work on three main colour schemes that reflect those emotions:

bright, bold  colour scheme
light ,soft colour scheme
dark, complex colour scheme

As a result of this workshop students will create three different works portraying states that were mentioned above.
