Hi, I’m Nora MacPhail, a professional painter living in the
awesome city of Toronto. I’ve been watercolour painting for over
30 years and teaching for 15 years.

I draw with a strong gestural line, then adds lots (and lots) of
colour. My paintings have a unique charming style.
Active in the Toronto Art Community, I’ve have been a member
of the Toronto Watercolour Society, the Don Valley Art Club, and
the Willowdale Group of Artists. I am currently the Plein-Air
Organizer with the Beach Guild of Fine Arts.

I have participated in many group art shows selling watercolour
paintings, oil paintings and my popular cityscape bookmarks.
Currently, you can join me for Watercolour Classes at various
art schools in Toronto or on Zoom. Or, catch up with me at an
Urban Sketchers Toronto event for some fun outdoor city
sketching.
