Emily is a animator and visual artist from Oakville Ontario.
She holds a Bachelor of Animation for Sheridan Collage and has worked as a digital paint artist on half a dozen animated productions across the Toronto area. She additionally runs her own small business doing portrait oil paintings of family pets.

Working primarily in oil and digital software, Emily’s artwork is known for it’s vibrant colours, playful compositions and capturing the subtle emotions and mood of the scene. She enjoys the stark contrast between the two medians. Focusing more on technical skills when working with oils and more on expressive story telling and colour schemes when working digitally.

Emily loves to inspire young creative minds, weather though the television productions she works on or directly one on one in the classroom. Encouraging creativity in both work and play is something she is very passionate about. She hopes to help her students build a genuine love for visual arts and story telling.
