About Yvette Daou-Yacoub

Yvette Daou-Yacoub was born into a family with five uncles who were fine high end jewellers and Goldsmiths. She inherited her passion for jewellery from her uncles.
Growing up as a little girl she had two big dreams: to study law and to design jewellery and accessories.
Finally, after much perseverance, one of her dream had come true…Yvette is now designing jewellery using gem stones, pearls, and crystals just like she used to dream as a little girl.

Yvette has been teaching beading workshops in the Town of Richmond Hill since 2006.

After years of teaching and mentoring beading techniques, she came to realize that there are lots of ladies/men who share her passion to beading and abundant love to gemstones and crystals. She decided to do something about it. She founded Richmond Hill Beading Artists in September 2011.

Beading is very Therapeutic for the soul; it refreshes your emotion and clears your brain.
Hosting Beading workshops gives a chance to get together with friends and family while learning how to create your own unique jewelry in a very relaxed and fun fill environment.
