An Afternoon of Watercolour at The Beaches
Discover our brand-new Art One Academy The Beaches while spending a beautiful Sunday afternoon painting, connecting and trying something new.
Join artist Nora MacPhail, whose extraordinary watercolours showcase a wonderful mastery of light, atmosphere and technique. Nora will guide you step-by-step through creating your own Sunny Forest, demonstrating how to build delicate washes to capture a warm, sunlit glow and how to add simplified figures that bring story and life to your painting.
The workshop includes demonstrations, handouts, individual feedback and plenty of time to paint. All materials are supplied.
Perfect for beginners, while still offering plenty for intermediate painters to explore.Come on your own, meet a friend for an afternoon of creativity, or make it a memorable date with someone special.
It’s also a chance to experience our new Beaches studio, meet Nora, enjoy the company of other creative people and simply slow down for a few hours.
Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served.
