Make up classes for ART COMBO & ANIME STUDENTS

(up to 2 make up classes and subject to availability)

June 29, 2012 is a make up class for Good Friday (April 6)

We encourage you to register early to make sure that you get the full range of options for courses, dates and times.

Enrolment Policy

Registration
You may register in person at the school or submit the online-registration form and send us a cheque by mail. There is also a drop off box available outside the studio for your convenience.

Fees and Payment
Cash or Cheque. The payment amount can be split into two equal installments with post dated cheque provided upon registration. Fees are pro-rated for students who join late. Annual registration fee is $25.

Family and multiple courses discounts are available

Missed classes
We do not offer refunds for missed classes. It is the student's responsibility to attend classes. However students are eligible for up to 2 make up classes per term. For Art Combo students there will be special dates for make up classes arranged at the end of each term.

Pick-Up/Drop-Off
We ask you to drop-off and pick up students on time. For most classes there is no break between them therefore instructors will not be available to look after your child. In case of late pick up (after 10 min. grace period) a charge of $20 dollars will occur.

Cancellation
Students may withdraw from the program with two week notice in writing. Registration fee of $25 will be retained.

What to Wear
Smocks are provided. However students are advised to wear old clothes.
