Your children will enjoy coming to Oxford for camp because they will have fun, make new friends, and participate in a variety of exciting activities. You will feel good about sending them because you know that they will keep an active mind over the summer and develop new skills which will prepare them for a successful return to school in the Fall.This program starts with writing workshop where children will work on developing strong reading and writing skills while preparing stories and other written works to present and share. Areas covered include sentence and paragraph structure, ideas and details, reading and reading response, critical reading, reading comprehension and creative writing.The program will include games and contests. For the afternoon children be escorted to the studios at Art One for the art program.
