Olga Bakhtinova is the Head Instructor and Artistic Director of Art One Academy. Olga grew up in Russia and throughout her childhood she expressed an interest in drawing and painting. She received professional artistic training in Moscow and then continued her education in Canada.
Alan Rutherford knew from a very early age what he wanted to be when he grew up. He was about nine years old when he enthusiastically set his career path for creative pursuits namely painting and drawing.
Watercolors, pencil, charcoal, pen and ink, pastels and later acrylics became his mediums of choice. MORE >>>

Like many of the other teachers at Art One, art has always been a huge part of John’s life starting at a very early age. He grew up on the 80′s cartoons that many may remember like Inspector Gadget, He-man, Transformers, My Pet Monster etc… and most days it was difficult to pull him away. Judith Jewer is a visual artist that teaches several art classes at Art One Academy. She is fascinated with the process of seeing, and takes great pleasure in the visual world – especially the natural world. She creates works of art both in the studio and outdoors and enjoys multimedia, soft pastels, still life, florals, and mandalas.
