The Art One Academy recruits local, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham and Toronto, high school student volunteers for the fall term (September through December), spring term (January through June), and summer term (July through August). Student volunteers assist teachers that support our education programs. Typical activities include preparing materials for art projects, cleaning, photocopying, filing, and assisting during teacher programs.
Candidates for the High School Volunteer Program must be rising juniors or seniors with a mature, positive attitude and a strong work ethic. The schedule will vary weekly, based on the number of projects to be completed. Service hours will be documented and may be submitted for school-based community service credits.
Hello Olga,
I know it’s been quite some time since you last heard from me, but I have wonderful news. This morning I received an email from Ryerson University, explaining that I should log into my account on they’re website. I did exactly that, and found out that I have been conditionally accepted to their Interior Design program. I would like to thank you, Alan, and Serge, for helping me achieve this. This is the program of my dreams, and I couldn’t have done it without all of you. Please send my many thanks to Alan and Serge. I’m truly grateful for your help and guidance in the process of my portfolio.
Thank you all very much,
Anasimone George.
